How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Gainshd Concrete should be treated fairly. If something did not go as it should have, please say so. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Gainshd Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly, and keep a written record of what is said.

Please tell Gainshd Concrete as well. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Gainshd Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@gainshd.lat and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Gainshd Concrete or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

You will get an email confirming that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Your concern will be looked into, which may include contacting the provider. You will then receive a reply that explains what was found and any steps planned.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If the reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
